3. How to Initiate a Return

Package the Return – Securely pack your item(s) with the original packing slip and write the RAN on the outside of the package.
4. Shipping Returns

Return Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Method – Use a trackable shipping service. Arcfomor is not responsible for items lost in transit.

No Restocking Fee – We do not charge restocking fees.
