At Arcfomor, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. This page explains our Return & Refund Policy, warranty coverage, and exchange process.


1. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product Condition – Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in original packaging.

  • Return Period – Returns must be requested within 30 days (Mon–Sat) of receiving your order.

  • Eligible Reasons

    • Products that arrive damaged or defective.

    • Products that differ from the descriptions or images on our website.

  • Not Eligible

    • Products that match the listed specifications and have no manufacturing defect.

    • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

    • Products with removed serial numbers.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request a Return – Contact us at help@arcfomor.com or call +1 (818) 751-1385, providing your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization – If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

  3. Package the Return – Securely pack your item(s) with the original packing slip and write the RAN on the outside of the package.


4. Shipping Returns

  • Return Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Method – Use a trackable shipping service. Arcfomor is not responsible for items lost in transit.

  • No Restocking Fee – We do not charge restocking fees.


5. Processing Your Refund

  • Inspection – Returned items are inspected upon arrival.

  • Refund Method – Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days (Mon–Sat).

  • Value Deduction – If the item is damaged during return transit, the customer may be responsible for loss of value.

  • Notification – You will receive an email once your return has been processed.


6. Warranty Coverage (360 Days)

All Arcfomor products come with a 360-day warranty, covering manufacturing defects and non-human damage.

  • Warranty Claims – Contact our support team with order details to file a claim.

  • Exchanges – Eligible defective items may be exchanged within the warranty period.


7. Exchange Policy

  • Items eligible for return may also be exchanged.

  • Exchanges are processed under the same guidelines as refunds.
