Payment methods available at checkout
Arcfomor currently displays the following payment options. The exact methods offered for an order may depend on your device, browser, wallet setup and payment-provider eligibility.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express
Enter your card and billing details securely during checkout. Your billing address and postal code should match the information held by your card issuer.
PayPal checkout
Sign in to PayPal and use an eligible balance, bank account or payment card available through your PayPal account.
Faster Shopify checkout
Eligible customers can use saved shipping and payment information through Shop Pay for a faster checkout experience.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
These options appear when your device, browser and digital wallet are compatible and correctly configured.
UnionPay cards
UnionPay may be displayed for eligible cards and checkout sessions supported by the payment provider.
The options shown at checkout are authoritative. If a payment method does not appear, it is not available for that device, wallet or order at that time.
What happens when you place an order
Choose your method
Select one of the available card, wallet or accelerated checkout options.
Confirm your details
Review the billing address, shipping address, order total and contact email before submitting payment.
Receive confirmation
A successful order generates an Arcfomor order number and confirmation email.
A payment authorization or pending transaction may appear shortly after an order attempt. How pending transactions are displayed and released is controlled by your bank or payment provider.
How your payment information is handled
Processed through checkout providers
Card and wallet information is submitted through Shopify checkout and the payment service selected by the customer. Our support team cannot view your complete card number or wallet credentials.
Do not send card details by email
Arcfomor support will never ask you to email your complete card number, card security code, online banking password or digital-wallet password.
If you receive a message requesting sensitive payment credentials, do not reply or click its links. Forward the message to help@arcfomor.com so we can review it.
If your payment does not go through
Declined or unsuccessful payment
- Check that the card number, expiry date and billing address are correct.
- Make sure the billing postal code matches the card issuer's records.
- Confirm that your bank allows online and cross-border purchases.
- Contact the card issuer if it declined the transaction.
- Try another payment method shown at checkout.
Pending or repeated authorization
An incomplete or repeated checkout attempt can sometimes create a temporary pending authorization. This is not always a completed charge.
Your bank or payment provider determines when an unused authorization disappears. If you see multiple completed charges, contact us with your order number and a screenshot that hides sensitive account information.
Need help with a payment?
Include your order number if one was created, the payment method used and a short description of the issue. Never include your complete card number or security code.
Email Arcfomor supportHow refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the order. We cannot redirect a card or wallet refund to a different payment method.
After Arcfomor processes a refund, the time required for it to appear is determined by the bank, card issuer or payment provider. For return eligibility and processing requirements, review our Return & Refund Policy.
Payment FAQ
Which payment methods does Arcfomor accept?
The website currently displays Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and UnionPay. The options shown during checkout depend on device and provider eligibility.
Why is Apple Pay or Google Pay not appearing?
A digital wallet only appears when the device, browser, wallet and stored payment method are compatible. If it does not appear, choose another option shown at checkout.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment providers may decline a transaction because of incorrect billing details, insufficient funds, security controls or restrictions on online or cross-border purchases. Your bank or payment provider can usually provide the reason.
Why do I see a pending payment after an unsuccessful attempt?
Your bank may display a temporary authorization even when an order was not completed. The bank or payment provider controls when the unused authorization is released.
Does Arcfomor store my complete card number?
Payment information is entered through Shopify checkout and processed by the selected payment provider. Arcfomor customer support cannot view your complete card number or wallet credentials.
Where will an approved refund be sent?
An approved refund is returned to the original payment method used for the order. The bank or payment provider determines when it appears in the account.
