Processing Time – Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat). Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT+8) will be processed on the next business day.
What Processing Includes – Order verification, quality checks, and secure packaging.
2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
International shipping will be added in the future.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Local Warehouse Dispatch (U.S. & Canada): 3–5 business days after shipping.
Other Warehouses: 8–14 business days depending on product availability.
General Estimate: 3–7 business days for most deliveries.

5. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping – Orders over $45 qualify for free delivery.
Standard Fee – Orders under $45 will be charged a $5 shipping fee.
Taxes & Duties – Any applicable sales tax is displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for import duties if applicable.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours (Mon–Sat).
Stay updated on your delivery status anytime through the tracking link provided.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
