Accessibility Statement
Making our website easier to use
Arcfomor is working to make our website and shopping experience usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
Last updated: September 2, 2026
Accessibility is ongoing work
We aim to improve accessibility as the website, product catalog and third-party services change. Our work may include reviewing navigation, headings, text alternatives, color contrast, form labels, keyboard use, focus visibility, responsive layouts and compatibility with common assistive technologies.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a technical reference for this work.
Important: This statement is not a certification that every page, feature or third-party service currently conforms fully to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Areas of focus
Navigation and structure
We work toward clear headings, understandable link text, consistent navigation and logical page structure.
Keyboard access
We review important navigation, controls and forms with keyboard use and visible focus in mind.
Images and product information
We work to provide useful alternative text for meaningful images and readable product information outside of images.
Text and responsive layouts
We aim for readable contrast, adaptable layouts and content that remains understandable across common screen sizes and zoom settings.
Forms and checkout
We review labels, instructions and error messages that help customers complete forms and understand required information.
Reduced motion
Where practical, we consider browser and operating-system preferences that request reduced animation or motion.
Some tools are provided by other companies
Parts of the shopping experience may rely on Shopify or other third-party services, including checkout, payment methods, reviews, rewards, chat, order tracking and social-media content.
These services may have accessibility behavior that differs from the rest of the website and may change without direct control by Arcfomor. When an issue is reported, we will review what we can change and, when appropriate, communicate the issue to the relevant provider.
Tell us what is not working
If you experience an accessibility barrier, email help@arcfomor.com. To help us understand the issue, please include:
- the page URL or name of the feature;
- what you were trying to do;
- a brief description of the problem;
- your device and browser, if known; and
- the assistive technology being used, if you are comfortable sharing it.
Do not send complete card numbers, security codes, account passwords or other sensitive payment information by email.
