Thin Heated Gloves & Heated Glove Liners

Shop thin heated gloves and heated glove liners for layering, commuting, photography, driving and light outdoor tasks. This collection ranges from the 0.5mm Dragonfly dedicated liner to slim standalone gloves such as Spider Silk, Feather and Vellum 2.0.

These products do not all use the same battery system or provide the same weather protection. Dragonfly uses 5V, while Spider Silk, Feather and Vellum 2.0 use 7.4V systems. Compare fit, thickness, available space inside an outer glove and the specifications for each model before ordering.

Heated Liner or Slim Heated Glove?

The four designs in this collection are deliberately low bulk, but only Dragonfly is a dedicated heated liner. Start with whether you need a heated layer beneath another glove or a slimmer glove to wear on its own.

Choose a heated liner

Choose Dragonfly when you want the lowest-bulk heated layer beneath an outer ski, work, motorcycle or winter glove. The outer glove still needs enough room for your fingers, the liner and the wrist battery area.

Choose a slim standalone glove

Choose Spider Silk, Feather or Vellum 2.0 when you want more structure for everyday wear, driving, photography or light outdoor work. They may fit beneath a roomy outer glove, but they are not traditional liners.

Three Checks That Matter

Fit and layering

Measure both hands and use the larger measurements. If you plan to add an outer glove, make sure the complete setup does not squeeze your fingertips, restrict movement or press the battery area against your wrist.

Use the glove size guide

Weather and insulation

Lower bulk usually means less passive insulation than a heavy snow glove. Weather protection also varies by model, so do not assume every thin heated glove is waterproof. Add an appropriate outer glove for prolonged wet, windy or snowy conditions.

Battery compatibility

Dragonfly uses a 5V system. Spider Silk, Feather and Vellum 2.0 use 7.4V systems. Do not mix batteries or chargers between voltage systems, even if the connectors appear similar.

Using a liner for snow sports or riding? The outer glove must provide the grip, weather protection and activity-specific protection you need. Compare heated ski gloves or heated motorcycle gloves if you need a purpose-built outer design.

Common questions

Thin Heated Gloves FAQ

Which product is a true heated glove liner?

Dragonfly is the dedicated liner in this collection. Its 0.5mm construction is designed to add heat beneath a compatible outer glove while keeping additional bulk low.

Can Spider Silk, Feather or Vellum 2.0 be worn under another glove?

They can fit beneath some roomier outer gloves, but they are primarily slim standalone gloves rather than traditional liners. The complete combination should allow normal finger movement without compressing either layer.

Can I use a 7.4V battery with Dragonfly?

No. Dragonfly uses a 5V system, while Spider Silk, Feather and Vellum 2.0 use 7.4V systems. Use only the battery and charger specified for the individual product.

Are thin heated gloves waterproof?

Not necessarily. Weather protection varies by model, and water resistance is not the same as waterproof construction. Check the individual product specifications and use a suitable outer glove for prolonged wet conditions.

Can a heated liner be used for skiing or motorcycle riding?

A compatible liner may be worn beneath an appropriately sized ski or motorcycle glove. It must not restrict movement or control, and it does not replace the weather, impact or abrasion protection required for the activity.
