Onyx is a medium-to-heavyweight heated motorcycle glove with a short rotary-dial cuff. Its hybrid goatskin-and-polyester shell combines a carbon-fiber knuckle shell, hard thumb-base guard, reinforced nonslip palm, waterproof membrane, DWR-treated polyester panels and 3M Thinsulate insulation. Adjustable 7.4V heat covers the back of the hand and finger backs, while touchscreen pads at both thumbs and index fingers support basic device use.

Why Onyx Uses a Short Cuff
Onyx takes a different approach from Arcfomor’s extended-gauntlet motorcycle gloves. Its shorter polyester cuff uses a rotary-dial system to draw the wrist area in without a long drawcord or gauntlet.
The shorter cuff does not make Onyx a slim glove. Its insulation, heating system and fixed riding structure create a medium-to-heavyweight glove intended to be worn on its own. It can also be used for general cold-weather outdoor activities when the hard-shell components do not interfere with the required hand movement.
A Hybrid Shell, Not an All-Leather Glove
Goatskin covers the full palm and continues across selected areas of the fingers and back of the hand. Polyester forms the remaining back-hand panels and the short cuff, creating a mixed-material shell rather than a full-leather construction.
The palm combines reinforcement, nonslip contact areas and a pre-curved shape for handlebar use. Onyx is available only in black.

How the Weather Layers Work
An internal waterproof membrane provides the main barrier against normal rain, snow and road spray. DWR treatment on the polyester panels helps surface moisture bead and shed, while the battery pocket closes with a waterproof zipper.
These layers are intended for normal wet-weather exposure, not soaking or submersion. Keep the batteries, connectors and charging equipment dry, and allow the gloves to air dry fully before reconnecting power.
